We provide free delivery on orders valued at USD 125 or more else shipping fees is charged for delivery (Note: This policy can change/update anytime without any prior notice).

 

Estimated Delivery Time

We generally procure and ship the items within 5-7 working days however delivery might take 1

15 -30 days depending on courier which you opt at time of placing order (in areas where standard courier service is available).

For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take longer time depending on the location.) from the Order booking date. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability, and could vary from each brand offering the product.

Please Note: This is to clarify to all the customers that any product containing liquid material will be shipped through surface shipping method. The effective SLA is applicable.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode). At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, you have to contact  the courier company to  arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

 

Please Note: If there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us. All the taxes and duties if any buyer have to pay to courier company. We don’t have any involvement in that .
